A practical and modular Baya Sun awning for your stays in a converted van

Designed to fit vehicles with tailgates, this traditional awning offers you extra living space for your camping trip. The special Tailgate Cover awning is designed for camper vans, 4x4s, SUVs and vans with tailgates with a mounting height between 160 and 210 cm (height from the ground to the top of the tailgate).

Additionally, it is possible to add the independent awning kit (sold separately) and leave your awning in place and use your vehicle freely.

A design optimized for comfort and protection

The Van Cover tailgate awning is made up of:

• Lifting fronts and sides
• Crystal windows with blackout interior shutters
• Mosquito nets on the roof and lower part of the sides
• Connecting tunnel with access from each side
• Ground skirt to limit water infiltration
• 2 masts to project the facade

The numerous openings ensure optimal ventilation, ideal for hot days. The blackout shutters preserve your privacy and block out the morning light for a gentle awakening.

Durable materials and easy installation

The awning is made of sturdy polyester fabric and rests on a fiberglass and steel frame, combining lightness and strength. In addition, its light gray color blends harmoniously with your vehicle.

Regarding installation, the awning is quickly attached using clips on the tailgate and is easily assembled thanks to its included guying (pegs and ropes). Its compact size allows for convenient storage in its carrying bag.
